To save the file to your computer right mouse click on the download link and choose "save target as.." from the pop-up menu and choose a destination on your computer to download the files to.
You will see that there are 2 pages of downloads here. On Page 1 there are 5 Listening Test recordings and the written tapescripts for them and on Page 2 there are 4 Example Speaking Test recordings.
